Im not sure why people have a problem with full access. You have to allow it for any fun keyboard type app you download. Love to momojis and the GIFS are even better!

Dont install. Most other emojis do not require "full access" - which means the developer can access ANYTHING you type, names, addresses, credit card info, etc. Waste of time installing this app, going to uninstall it now. Too bad, looked funny.
